August Store offers international shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.
Tracking: Both local and international options include tracking numbers. Please, look for the tracking number in your confirmation email to track your package. Orders placed on late Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.
Duties: Kindly be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to all international packages. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check with your local customs websites for more information.

- Not liable for any loss, damage, costs, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
Is Customs Fees included?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination.
Please note that we have no control over the customs charges and that you will have to be responsible for payment of any such fees. Please contact your local customs office for any further information before placing an order.

Our shipping charges are at a flat rate of RM15 per order.
You may also opt for Local Pick Up at Checkout at Our Stores as it is free of charge.
Local Delivery charges may apply via Grab Express or lalamove. This will be borne by you.

For Singapore and International

Worldwide 6 - 12 days
For orders within the country, enjoy free shipping on purchases over $50! If your order is below $50, a small fee of $5 applies for Standard Postal Service.
For our international customers, orders exceeding $450 qualify for free shipping! If your order is under $449, a nominal fee of $35 - $50 will be applied.

How can I enjoy free delivery?
For Malaysia
Domestic Price
Orders < RM150 - has a flat rate of RM15.
Orders from our Malaysian store to Singapore has a fee of RM50 for Express Delivery.
Orders from our Singapore store to Malaysia will imposed a fixed rate of RM35.
International Price
Orders < RM1500 - has a flat rate of RM130.

If your purchase is below $50, a small $5 fee applies using our Standard Postal Service.
Great news for domestic shipping – enjoy free delivery on orders over $50!
International Price
If your order is under $449, a modest $35 - $50 fee applies.
For our international friends, free delivery awaits on orders exceeding $450.
